Description:It's rather useless, because the protecting separate adapter is to wide to be pulled inside retracting into the device. So you can't mount it over the bottom-bracket screw who reaches almost the outside of the crank. Removing the adapter means you have a weak iron tiny hollow bus that will crumble your bottom-bracket-screw-thread to pieces by adding force at only the outside, or it will destroy the bus itself or both. So I removed the adapter, as wel as sawing the hole thing off and removed the bus itself. It's now a plain screw.
