23 Mar Have a question for the Honda guys. Is this correct- CX 70 HP, lb curb wieght 42/48 mpg, VX 92 HP, Short trans and gas guzzler.

Description:Overall I am happy. The CX had an old-style 8-valve engine, while the VX used a valve engine with lean burn. This was achieved by only opening one valve during the intake stroke, rather than both, below RPM engine speed, placing the multiport fuel injectors very near the intake valves, and by using an ultra sensitive oxygen lambda sensor. This same model sensor has been adopted by racing teams to monitor the combustion in each cylinder of racing engines during the tuning process, one per cylinder, because of its sensitivity. It was delivered in 5 days and my mechanic quickly put it in.
